In addition to the Work Order Forms, the FBO Flow includes several supporting databases in addition to many built in system settings. The Aircrafts, Organizations and Locations databases are maintained from within the Work Order Forms. FBO Flow can be configured for Companies with one location, or for Enterprises with multiple departmens in any time zone. Each department can have different needs, they might be run independantly sending out their own orders or invoices or this can be done centrally by the Einterprise.

FBO Flow gives you access to The World Airport database which is maintained by us. It contains more than 1600 airports. Requests for any missing airports can be sent directly from within the FBO Flow to our support team, and the team will be notified within a few minutes.

The Aircrafts database is where you register the unique aircrafts visiting your site. To help you doing this, we maintain the Aircrafts Specifications database as described below. When creating a new record, you enter the Aircraft registration (tail number), pick the Operator and the Debtor.

FBO Flow gives you access to the Aircrafts Specifications database which is maintained by us. It contains technical data about the aircrafts, such as the Length, Wingspan, Height and Max Take of Weight, etc. You will find most of the modern aircrafts used in the database. Request for any new or missing aircrafts can be sent from within FBO Flow to our support. Both Imperial and ISO values are available.

The Organizations database contains your Debtors, Requesters and Operators (Airlines) and Contact Person data for each of them. In this database you will find a phone list, a list of the Debtors only, and as a paid service, we can offer integration with many of the Accounting Systems available.

The Locations database contains your local sites for picking up or leaving pax when using the Transport Order, Meet & Greet Service Form or the Porter Service Form.
