Ground Handling Request Forms
Ground services for aircraft in FBO Flow 2026 covers both transient flights and stationary operations – in one shared, structured workflow.
For arriving and departing aircraft, operators register all key details: aircraft type, callsign, times, services, parking and resource use.
System Data
The system is based on a built-in global airport database and stores history per aircraft, so that planning becomes faster, more precise and easier to standardize over time.
For stationed aircraft (e.g. helicopters and local operations) the workflow is adapted so that the operation starts with departure and supports local activity with the right focus.
Work from anywhere
All updates can be made in real time from mobile – which reduces manual coordination, cuts misunderstandings and provides better control.
Movement Messages
Arrival and departure messages are sent directly from the tarmac.
Customized legal texts and signature provide clear documentation and a more professional delivery to the customer.
The module supports:
up to 20 service lines per task
automatic pricing of handling based on 8 price classes linked to the aircraft’s MTOW
flexible VAT handling (e.g. exemption for flights abroad, as in Norway)
