Transport Order (part 3)

The transport module in FBO Flow 2026 is built for pre-booked premium transport – from car and bus to yacht and taxi aircraft.


The system collects all necessary passenger information (name, contact details, number, special needs such as child seat) and ensures a seamless delivery from booking to completed assignment.

Signboard is built in as standard or a customized (PDF from agent), can be uploaded so that the reception always appears professional and recognizable.


Tour Types

Transport can be defined as A–B or as guided tours with stops.

Driver, vehicle, capacity, times and locations are linked directly to the task, so the team always works with a single, up-to-date source of truth.


3 different VAT Rates

Service lines with different VAT rates build the invoice basis continuously, so that revenues are captured as the work is performed.

NEW: Order Sharing

Order sharing makes it possible to send tasks to partners without exposing the end customer. The partner replies via email, and the status is updated automatically in the system.
The result: flexible capacity management and efficient use of partners – without giving up control of the customer experience.


Form Language

Language support: Parts of the transport module support English and customer-specific language.

In a group version, different locations can use different languages.
